Manivox.ai builds AI phone and chat agents that answer calls for businesses, book their appointments and follow up with their customers. Connectors links an agent to the business's own tools, so it can act on them during a conversation — only in the ways the business allows.
Google integrations
Connect only what you use
A business connects its own Google account from the Manivox.ai dashboard. Each Google product is connected separately, and a business can connect more than one Google account — for example one calendar per practitioner.
Gmail
The agent sends booking confirmations and call summaries from the business's own address. Send-only: it never reads, searches or deletes email.
Google Sheets
The agent logs each call as a row in a spreadsheet the business chooses, and reads reference data kept there, such as opening hours or a price list.
How it works
Four steps, fully in your hands
- In the Manivox.ai dashboard, the business clicks Connect next to a Google product.
- Google's consent screen shows exactly which permissions are requested; the business approves them.
- The business chooses which of its agents may use the connection, and for which actions.
- During a call, the agent performs only those actions. The business can disconnect at any time from the dashboard, or revoke access from its Google account settings.
Your data
Used for your agent, and nothing else
Access tokens are encrypted and stored in the European Union. Data from Google is used only to perform the actions the business's agent is asked to carry out — never for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
Manivox.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Details in our privacy policy.
